HireConnect Candidate Process Overview

 

With HireConnect™ companies select the appropriate candidates and interview them prior to deployment via the virtual video interview (VVI) system. Job seekers then select the appropriate category for their application and answer questions, as if they were in face to face interviews. Once completed the interview is available on an enterprise-wide basis. Because the delivery of every interview is 100 percent digitally identical, the interview is more Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)-compliant, thereby reducing legal exposure.
